My name is Aaron and I am a podiatrist who graduated from UWA's Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 2014.
As a podiatrist, I diagnose and provide treatment and/or management of conditions in the foot, ankle and lower limb including:
- Difficult or unmanageable toenails and hard skin areas (callus, corns)
- Bunions, hammertoes and other digital deformities
- Ingrown toenails
- The Diabetic foot (diabetic foot assessment, management, education)
- Foot pain including metatarsalgia eg: Morton's neuroma
- Heel pain, eg: plantar fasciitis/fasciopathy
- Ankle pain and chronic ankle sprains
- Lower leg pain, eg:'shin splints' (Medial tibial stress syndrome), leg cramps
- Knee pain
- Plantar warts
My main podiatric interests include biomechanics, the diabetic foot and general podiatric care. I've also obtained qualifications to perform dry needling for musculoskeletal problems in the foot and lower leg. Through practicing podiatry, I’ve understood how much it can contribute to an individual's quality of life. I hope that I can provide you with help in any podiatric problems which you have, and I look forward to seeing you.
