Dale Medical Centre is the latest addition to Western Healthcare Group.

It is affiliated to Haynes Medical Centre as both sites are located close to each other and function as one unit sharing the resources to provide the highest level of care to the community.

Rockingham GP, accredited GP Practice located in Rockingham and LifeLift, our registered NDIS Provider are the other associates of the group. We operate in an enhanced facility with modern technology to ensure every medical condition is treated with great care.

Our services range from GP consultations, Allied Health Services to numerous Occupational Health Services. Our clinical team is highly qualified and proficient and constantly engage in continuous professional development programs.  You will find our friendly and efficient admin team, very helpful.

It is conveniently located at 629 Ranford Road, Forrestdale WA 6112, which is 33 km from Perth Central Business District where ample free parking facilities are available.

Dale Medical Centre shall commence Mixed billing with effect from December 1st  2022.

We will continue to bulk bill Children under the age of 16, Pensioner/Healthcare Card Holders, and DVA Gold Card Holders.

There will be a GAP fee for all other Patients with a valid Medicare Card.

Procedures will incur additional costs.
